ICT does not have a school uniform, and students are free to wear their own clothes in their daily campus life. However, uniforms and sportswear used for group activities, laboratory work, practical training, and physical education classes are provided upon enrollment.
Depending on the nature of the class or activity, students may be required to wear appropriate clothing and/or footwear to ensure safety and functionality.

The Hakusanroku Campus offers a variety of sports and fitness facilities, including a gymnasium and a training gym. It also features recreational facilities such as a bouldering wall, providing students with enjoyable opportunities to stay physically active.
These facilities are used not only for classes and club activities but also for daily exercise and recreation. The campus provides an environment where students can maintain a healthy balance between their studies and physical well-being while enjoying an active and fulfilling school life.

Mail and packages are received and managed through the school office, where students can collect them in person. This system allows students to receive their mail and deliveries safely and conveniently while living in the dormitory.
Students can also arrange to send mail and packages through the school, enabling them to access the postal and delivery services needed for daily life.

Students have access to Hakusan Hime no Yu, the on-campus hot spring facility. Furthermore, each dormitory unit is equipped with a shower, but does not have a bathtub.
As a result, many students use the hot spring as a place to relax and maintain their well-being. It is also a popular gathering place where students can interact and socialize with one another. Bathing facilities are separated by gender.

Students may move into the dormitory on the day of the entrance ceremony. An orientation session on dormitory life is also held on that day, helping students begin their new school life smoothly.
In addition, students may send their luggage to the dormitory in advance during the designated period. This allows them to prepare for their new life and settle in more comfortably at the start of the school year.

Each dormitory room is furnished with a bed, bedding, desk, chair, and curtains. The rooms are also equipped with air conditioning, providing a comfortable living environment throughout the year. Please note that televisions are not permitted in individual rooms.
Shared spaces are equipped with appliances such as a TV, kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave oven, providing students with a well-equipped environment that supports their daily lives.

The dormitories are separated by gender, with designated buildings or floors for male and female students. Each area has its own entrance, and separate living spaces and accessways help ensure both privacy and safety.
In addition, Resident Advisors (RAs) are available on site to support students and oversee dormitory life. Security measures, including surveillance cameras and keycard access control systems, are also in place to help maintain a safe and secure living environment.

Each floor of the domitory is equipped with a laundry area where students can use washing machines and dryers.
Students are free to do their laundry according to their own schedules and daily routines. This environment encourages students to develop independence and practical life skills as part of their everyday dormitory life.

Meals are considered an essential part of supporting students’ health and well-being. Three meals a day are provided every day, including weekends and public holidays. Menus are carefully planned to ensure a balanced and nutritious diet.
Dietary restrictions related to religious beliefs and food allergies are accommodated on an individual basis based on information collected prior to enrollment.
Please note that meals during the academic term are included in the school fees (dormitory and meal charges). Therefore, no refunds will be provided, even if the meals are not utilized.

Card access systems are installed throughout campus facilities, allowing entry only to authorized students and staff. In addition, security cameras are in operation to help prevent unauthorized access and maintain a safe learning environment.
The dormitories are managed by faculty and staff, while security personnel patrol the campus 24 hours a day. Safety is maintained at all times, including during the night, and procedures are in place to ensure a prompt response in the event of an emergency.

If a student feels unwell, a nurse, faculty, and/or staff members are available during the day to provide assistance. If necessary, the student will be taken to a nearby clinic or general hospital for medical care.
At night, Resident Advisors (RAs) and security personnel on duty 24 hours a day work together to provide appropriate support based on the situation.
If medical attention or follow-up visits are required, support such as transportation and accompaniment can be arranged, taking the student's condition and academic schedule into consideration.

Yes. Students may stay off campus on weekends and other non-school days; however, prior approval is required. Permission is granted after confirmation by the homeroom teacher and the student's guardian. To ensure student safety, overnight stays are managed in accordance with established rules and procedures.

When there are no classes or school events, students have free time and may spend it according to their interests and goals. In addition to using campus facilities, students often read, study independently, participate in club activities, or spend time with friends. There are rules regarding outings, and students are required to return to the dormitory by the designated curfew time.
About once a month, a chartered bus is provided for trips to a shopping mall, where students can purchase personal items and daily necessities or enjoy leisure activities such as watching movies. Basic daily necessities and stationery are also available at the on-campus shop, and students may receive items purchased through online shopping.

Yes. Students may stay in the dormitory during extended vacation periods, but prior approval is required. In such cases, meal expenses and other living costs are the responsibility of the student.
Please note that the dormitory may not be available during certain periods due to maintenance or other operational requirements. In addition, even when accommodation is available, students may be assigned to a room different from their regular one.

No. All first- and second-year students are required to live in the dormitory and are therefore not permitted to commute from home.
During this important stage of personal growth, students develop independence and cooperative skills while living in a structured environment with regular daily routines. Dormitory life is an important part of the educational experience, helping students learn to think and act independently while working effectively with others.

The accommodation facilities on Hakusanroku Campus are intended primarily for educational and research purposes. Therefore, as a general rule, they are not available for use by parents.

The nearest bus stop is Sena. When using public transportation, travel from JR Kanazawa Station via Tsurugi Station, transfer to local bus, and get off at the Sena stop.
If traveling by car, Hakusanroku Campus is approximately 45 minutes from Hakusan IC, 70 minutes from Kanazawa Morimoto IC, and 60 minutes from Komatsu IC.
Parents and guardians who wish to visit the campus are requested to contact the school in advance.

No. A personal computer is included in the tuition and is provided to each student upon enrollment. Therefore, there is no need to purchase a computer separately before entering the school.

Yes. Our college provides a supportive environment for students whose parents are stationed overseas, as well as for international students.
First- and second-year students live in the dormitory as part of the fully residential program. In the third year, students participate in a study abroad program in New Zealand and stay with host families. During the fourth and fifth years, students typically live independently near Kanazawa Institute of Technology while commuting to campus.
Appropriate living arrangements and support systems are provided at each stage of the program, enabling students to live and study confidently even when their parents are not residing in Japan.
However, students and their families are asked to make arrangements in advance for accommodation during extended vacation periods.
