On Wednesday, October 1st, 2025, the Debriefing Session of the Overseas English Program was held at the Hakusanroku Campus. Four 2nd year students participated in the Overseas English Program this summer, spending 3 to 4 weeks in London, New York, and Seattle. The objective of this program is to improve students' English communication skills through living and interacting in a different culture. While experiencing the local customs and lifestyle, students aimed to learn practical English and broaden their international perspectives.
At the Overseas English Program Session, the students gave presentations about their destinations, English learning experiences, classes, cultural encounters, and personal growth. They shared stories of their daily lives with host families or in dormitories, and talked about their stay. At times, the presentations sparked lively discussions. In particular, when sharing unexpected experiences and cultural differences, not only the faculty but also 1st year students in the audience actively asked questions, creating a vibrant atmosphere. 
Through their short-term study abroad programs, the students gained valuable experiences not only improving their language skills but also growing personally by engaging with different cultures.
