こんにちは！１年の沖山 琳世です。ここ白山麓キャンパスの2月は色々な経験を積むための課外活動期間でした。そんな中で私が体験した活動についてご紹介します。

  Hello! I’m Rinse Okiyama, a 1^st year student at ICT. This school had some extra activities in February. I will introduce the activities that I joined.

Skiing Activity 2024/2/5

　学期末テストが返された次の週、さっそくスキー体験がありました。スキーの経験はあったものの、最後に滑ったのは5年ほど前ということで、最初は講師の方に教えてもらいました。やっていくうちに、だんだん当時の感覚を思い出してきて、午後は先輩たちと滑りに行くことができました。

 The week right after the end-of-term tests were returned, there was a skiing experience. I have skied before. However, that experience was 5 years ago, so I worried that I could not ski. So first I learned how to ski from the teacher. And then I remembered how to ski. In the afternoon I could go to a more difficult course with my sempai. I enjoyed it.

Making Maple Toffee 2024/2/6

　私はメープルシロップを食べたことがなかったので、ワクワクしていました。ステファニー・レノルズ先生のご実家がなんとメープルシロップ農家ということで、本場の作り方や、楽しみ方を味わうことができました。私が特に驚いたのは、ピクルスと一緒に食べることです。あまいシロップとしょっぱいピクルスが程良いバランスを生み出し、延々と食べることができそうだと思うぐらい絶品でした。

 I had never eaten maple syrup before, so I was excited. Stephanie Reynolds sensei’s family are maple farmers, so I was able to taste the real way of making it and enjoying it. I was especially surprised to learn that it is eaten with pickles. The sweet syrup and the salty pickle created the perfect balance, and I thought I could eat it forever.

Making Acrylic Plates Using UV Printers 2024/2/7, 8, 16

　レーザーカッターと、この夏に設置されたＵＶプリンターを使って、アクリルキーホルダーを作りました。自分で作ったデータを機械に読み込ませて、いよいよ印刷！とてもきれいに仕上がったので、感動しました。

 We also made acrylic keyholders using the laser cutter and the UV printer that was put in place this summer. I loaded the data into the machine and printed it! I was very impressed with the very beautiful finished product.

Arduino Simulation & Block Coding 2024/2/8

　


Arduinoの体験もしました。前学期の頃、少し触ってはいたのですが、プログラミング初心者だったといいうことで、苦手意識がついていました。しかし、今回はブロックタイプのプログラミングをやったということと、基礎は簡単に触れていたため、専門用語もある程度分かり、楽しかったです。

 I also had to create programs for Arduino. I tried it a little during the first semester, but I was not good at it because I was new to programming. But this time, we did a block-type program, so it was easy to understand. It was a lot of fun.

Building an igloo (Kamakura) 2024/2/13

　雪の降る地方ならではの「かまくら作り」をしました。ニュージーランド出身のフィリップ・ケザウ先生の監督の元、コツなどを教わりながら作りました。かなり大変な作業でしたが、最終的には２人ほど入ることができるものを完成させることができたので、うれしかったです。

 We made igloo, which is unique to the regions where it snows. Under the supervision of Philip Cadzow sensei from New Zealand, we made it while learning tips and tricks. It was quite hard work, but in the end, we were able to make one which was big enough for two people, which made me very happy.

World languages 2024/2/13

　世界の言語を学びました。フランス語、中国語、アラビア語、タイ語、フィリピン語の中から二つの言語を選択し、基礎を学ぶという貴重な体験をすることができました。日本でよく見る言語といえば、中国語と英語なので、全く知らないフランス語とアラビア語を選択してみました。アルファベットの読み方、書く向き、違う点がとても多く、最初は戸惑いましたが、各言語の挨拶とお礼の言葉を覚えることができました。今後も触れていきたいです。

 I learned the languages of the world. We were able to choose two languages from French, Chinese, Arabic, Thai, and Filipino, which was a rare experience. I chose 'French and Arabic', which I knew nothing about. There were so many differences in the way the alphabet is read, the direction in which it is written, and so many other things that were confusing at first, but I was able to learn the greetings and thank you in each language. It was also interesting to see the cultural differences that arise from language. I would like to continue to be exposed to them in the future.

Programming Workshop 2024/2/13, 16, 20

3日間にわたって行われた「Pythonの講座」では、来年の授業で役立つ基礎知識の入門となりました。仕組みを学んでから、それぞれの知識をすべて使った問題を解きました。散りばめられているヒントを組み取るのがとても楽しかったです。宿題も出たので、復習も兼ねて、たくさん学ぶことができました。

 The Python course, held over 3 days, introduced basic knowledge that will be useful in next year's class. After learning how it works, we solved problems using all of our acquired knowledge. It was a lot of fun trying to figure out the problems using hints that were given in class. We also had homework to review and learn a lot. It is helpful to my study of programming.

 

 

 

CiRA CORE AI block-based programming 2024/2/14

　CiRA COREというプログラミング言語も学び、画像認識のプログラムを組みました。私は、筋雲と羊雲と積雲をそれぞれ認識し、種類別に分けるというものを作りました。AIはすべて何かから学んで作られているということを再認識しました。

 I also learned a programming language called CiRA CORE. I created a program to sort clouds. Here, we programmed image recognition. I learned again that all AI is made by learning from something.

ICT for development 2024/2/19

　海外経験のある方々が講師として来てくださり、情報通信技術（ICT）の発展について講義していただいた後、興味のある分野に分かれ、１日を通して、新たなプロダクトを考えるというアクティビティを行いました。アドバイスをいただきながら、それぞれの環境で需要があるアイデアを考え発表し合いました。

 An instructor working abroad came to ICT and spoke about information and communication technology. We were then divided into 8 groups on topics of interest. We then searched for a company on a related topic. Next, we came up with new ideas in the form of "If you were to work for this company...". We then received advice and made presentations of our products. These presentations were very interesting, introducing unknown countries and innovative ideas.

　たくさんの活動に参加して感じたことは、繰り返し何度も挑戦してみることが大切だということです。これは、実際に前学期に苦手だったものでも、今回のようにアプローチの仕方や試す環境が違うと楽しいと感じることができたからです。これからも多くの活動に積極的に参加していきたいです！

 I thought it was important to join many activities and try them several times. In fact, I was able to feel that even if there were things that I was not good at in the beginning, my approach was to try to enjoy many activities. From now on, I would like to continue to participate in as many activities as possible.

　こんにちは！入試センター　佐野 文です。
　国際高専では、国語と歴史以外の科目は英語で学びますが、日本の公立・私立の中学校出身の学生や海外生活を経験していない学生もいます。
※第一言語が日本語ではない学生は、国語の代わりに第二外国語として日本語を学び、歴史は英語で学びます。
　また、国際高専は石川県にありますが、石川県出身者だけではなく、様々な地域出身の学生がいます。今回、そんな学生たちと「お気に入りの場所を紹介してみた」動画を課外活動期間中に撮影しました。
　国際高専では1月下旬に後学期の試験が終わり、2月は課外活動期間になります。普段の授業とは一味違ったArduinoのコーディングや画像認識について学んだり、雪だるま作りや雪を使ったお菓子作り、映画鑑賞など、学生たちはこの期間を先生たちと楽しんでいます。そんな中、英語科目担当のポーリン・ベアード先生に学生たちの英文やスピーキングのチェックはもちろんのこと、動画の構成までも協力してもらい、今回の動画を撮影しました。カメラマンを担当してくれたのは、白山麓ジャーナルでおなじみの間加田 侑里さんです。彼女は国際高専のTikTokの動画やSNSの写真などをいつも撮影してくれています。
　国際高専の授業では、どの科目でもプレゼンテーションをする機会も多く、普段は発表することに慣れている学生たちですが、周りのみんなが声を潜め自分に注目している中で、カメラの前に立つと思わず緊張してしまうようでした。完璧に覚えていたはずなのに言葉が出てこなくなったり、笑ってしまったりと撮り直しになってしまう場面もありましたが、自分のお気に入りの場所と今頑張っていることやこれから頑張りたいことなどをしっかりと話してくれました。
　ソファが置いてあり、リラックスできる場所をお気に入りにあげている学生がいて、私も大好きな場所なので納得でしたが、平日だけではなく、土日祝日も含め３食利用するカフェテリアをお気に入りにあげている学生がいて意外でした。彼のお気に入りの理由を聞いて、白山麓キャンパスのカフェテリアは眺望の良さや、四季を感じてホッとできる場所でもあることに気づかされました。

We shot videos showing some of the students' favorite places in ICT!

 Hello, I am Fumi Sano, a staff member of the Admissions Center!
 All subjects are taught in English except the Japanese Language and Japanese History for some students from Japanese public or private junior high schools or for those who have not experienced life overseas. *Students whose first language is not Japanese learn Japanese as a second language, and another history course is taught in English.
 In addition, although ICT is located in Ishikawa Prefecture, students are not only from Ishikawa Prefecture but also from various other regions. This time, we shot videos "introducing our favorite places" with these students during their extracurricular activities period.
 Exams for the second semester ended in late January, and February is a period of extracurricular activities at ICT. Students enjoy this period with their teachers by learning about Arduino coding and image recognition, making snowmen and sweets with snow, watching movies, and so on. These activities are different from their regular classes. In the midst of all this, Dr. Pauline Baird, an English subject teacher, helped the students not only check their English writing and speaking but also compose the videos for this project. Ms. Yuri Makada, well-known for her work on Hakusanroku Journal, was in charge of the video shooting. She always shoots our TikTok videos and SNS photos.
 Students are usually accustomed to public speaking because of the many opportunities to give presentations in all subjects at ICT, but some students seem to get nervous standing in front of the camera while everyone around them keeps their voices down and their attention is focused on them. There were times when the students had to reshoot their presentations because they could not speak, or they laughed even though they had memorized their words perfectly. In the end, they were able to talk about their favorite places, what they were working hard on, and what they wanted to do in the future.
 One student listed a place with sofas for relaxation as his favorite, which made sense since it is my favorite place, but I was surprised to hear one student list the cafeteria, which he uses for three meals not only on weekdays but also on weekends and holidays, as his favorite! Hearing his favorite reason, I realized once again that the cafeteria at Hakusanroku Campus offers a great view and a place where one can relax and enjoy the four seasons.
 As a special version, we also asked our Learning Mentor, Ms. Krishia Atillo from the Philippines, to introduce her favorite place. Please take a look.

 This is Ian Stevenson.
 On Friday, September 22nd, 2023, in what has become an annual event here at Hakusanroku campus, the students made tie-dye t-shirts. 12 students, 3 learning mentors and 2 teachers met in the project booth to twist, crumple and knot t-shirts into different patterns before dying them different colors.
 Before all the tie dying began, the tables were covered with tarps and the dyers with garbage bag aprons. After this, the students were told to be careful and to start tying and dying. Different students made different designs and students helped their classmates with designs and color. Some students made multi-color spirals, while other students dyed their names onto the t-shirts. When the students finished, they wrote their names on their shirt and hung them up to dry.
 After the t-shirts were dry, the excess dye was soaked out of them and they were washed. This is a very important step, for if you don’t soak out the excess dye, it will color all your other clothes when you wash them with the t-shirt. At Learning Session on Monday, September 25^th, the students, learning mentors and teachers picked up their t-shirts and tried them on.
 As you can see from the photos, the students, learning mentors and teachers enjoyed themselves and made original and colorful t-shirts.

　2023年9月22日（金）、白山麓キャンパスでは、毎年恒例となっているタイダイ染めTシャツ作りが行われました。12名の学生と3名のラーニングメンター、2名の教員がプロジェクトブースに集まり、Tシャツをねじったり、くしゃくしゃにしたり、結んだりして、様々な模様に染め上げました。
　Tシャツを染め始める前に、テーブルに防水シートを敷き、参加者はゴミ袋で作ったエプロンを身に付けました。その後、学生たちにはTシャツを丁寧に染めるように呼びかけ、タイダイ染めの工程が始まりました。学生たちは様々なデザインを作り、クラスメイトのデザインや色付けを手伝っていました。色とりどりの渦巻き柄をデザインする学生もいれば、Tシャツに自分の名前を染める学生もいました。学生たちはTシャツを染め上げた後、Tシャツに自分の名前を書き、ハンガーにかけて乾かしました。
　Tシャツが乾いた後、余分な染料を取り除くために洗濯しました。これはとても重要なステップで余分な染料を取り除かないと、そのTシャツと他のTシャツを一緒に洗濯したときに、他のTシャツまで染まってしまいます。9月25日（月）のラーニングセッションでは、学生、ラーニングメンター、教員が完成したTシャツを受け取りました。
　写真でご覧いただけるように、学生、ラーニングメンター、教員たちは楽しみながらオリジナルでカラフルなTシャツを作ることができました。

　はーい、こんにちは。2年生の出口 天仁です。2023年9月17日の日曜日に白山麓キャンパス付近にある瀬戸神社で神輿を担がせてもらいました。神輿を担ぐのは人生で初めてで、前日からワクワクでいっぱいでした。はっぴを着て、神社まで10分ぐらい歩いたら、地元の大人や子供たちがもうすでにたくさん集まっていました。神社には立派な神輿が2つあり、大きい方が大人神輿、小さいほうが子供神輿と呼ばれていました。瀬戸神社が出発点となり、白嶺小中学校までの住宅街を神輿を担いで点々と周っていくルートでした。

　最初は瀬戸神社付近の家を周りました。国際高専生は子ども神輿を担がせてもらうことになりました。しかし、どの大人よりも大きい僕が、小学生と一緒に中腰になりながら神輿を担いでいるのをみて、大人たちは僕を大人神輿に入れてくれました。正直、最初は担ぎ方が分からず、とても疲れました。当日は日差しが強かったので喉がカラカラになりました。その上、身長が高い分、肩への負荷が大きくかかりしんどかったです。しかし、地域の人たちはとても優しくしてくれて、国際高専についてたくさん質問してくれました。小学生たちも愉快に話しかけてくれて、元気が出ました。あの日しゃべった小学生の子は忘れません。確実に自分より考えが大人でした。それに、神社にお金を寄付してくれた地域の方々やその土地の神社に感謝の言葉を言う伝統がありました。僕は漢字が苦手なため、感謝の言葉が書かれた台紙を読むのが大変でしたが、周りの人たちがサポートしてくれて嬉しかったです。

　その後、神輿を担いだまま白山麓キャンパスの敷地に正面から入っていき、比咩の湯温泉側から出ました。学校でバスケをしていた学生や見に来た先生もいたので、みんなを巻き込み神輿を担ぎました。そのまま、道の駅瀬女まで行き、トラックで大人神輿を坂の下のガソリンスタンド前の交差点まで運びました。あの重い神輿をトラックから下ろすのも一苦労でした。そこから白嶺小中学校まで神輿を担ぎました。小学校の駐車場でおにぎりやパンなどの食糧が支給され、小学生といろんなお話をしながら食べました。

　瀬戸神社まで帰る道のりが一番大変でした。もう日は暮れ、段々涼しくなってきました。恐らく大人たちはお酒の飲みすぎで、真っすぐ歩けなくなってきている感じでした。路上で神輿を担ぎながら蛇行したり回転したりと、周りに合わせるのが大変でした。アルコールが回るのは良いけど神輿を回すのは勘弁ですね。
　ようやく神社の前についたら、毎度恒例の神輿を揺らしながら周る儀式をしました。肩に乗せていたはずの神輿を手で思いっきり空に掲げて万歳してクルクルと走りながら回転しました。とてもハードでしたが、ご年配の方によると昔に比べれば全然緩くなっているとのことでした。想像を絶します。

　国際高専2年目でこれまで様々な課外活動に参加してきましたが、これほど色んな地域の方々と交流する機会は初めてでした。普段は自然豊かで穏やかなあの白山麓がここまで活発になるのにも驚きました。それに地域の方たちも国際高専に興味津々で、これを機に国際高専に対する思いもよりポジティブになったら嬉しいです。今回、自分はたくさんの人に出会い、色んな事を体験させてもらいました。この秋祭りに参加してとても良かったと思います。

神輿を揺らしながら周る儀式

 

 Hello, this is Tenzing Deguchi a 2nd year student. On Sunday, September 17th, 2023, I carried a mikoshi at Seto Shrine near our campus. It was the first time in my life to carry a mikoshi, and I was full of excitement. I put on my Happi and walked about 10 minutes to the shrine, where many local adults and children had already gathered. There were two magnificent mikoshis, the larger one was for adults and the smaller one was for children. The starting point was the Seto Shrine, and the mikoshis were carried around several residential areas up to Hakurei Elementary and Junior High Schools.

 At first, we went around the houses near Seto Shrine. ICT students were told to carry the children's mikoshi. However, when the adults saw me, who was bigger than any of the adults, carrying the mikoshi with the elementary school students, they let me join the adult mikoshi. To be honest, I was very tired at first because I was not sure how to carry the mikoshi, and I was also squatting the entire time to adjust my height. On the day of the event, Hakusan was blazing hot, I was desperate for a drink. In addition, the load on my shoulders was hard because of my height. However, the local people were very kind to me and asked me many questions about ICT. The elementary school students were also very friendly and cheerful. I will never forget the kids I talked to that day. They were definitely more mature in their thinking than I was. It was their tradition to call out the names of people who donated money to the shrine and to express gratitude to the gods. It was challenging to shout out the script written in kanji, but I was able to earn support from the locals.

 After that, I carried the mikoshi into the grounds of ICT from the front and exited from the “Hime no Yu” hot spring side. There were students who were playing basketball at school and teachers who came to watch, so everyone got involved and carried the mikoshi. We went to the Sena Roadside Station and carried the adult mikoshi by truck to the intersection in front of the gas station at the bottom of the hill. It was a tough job to get that heavy mikoshi down from the truck. From there, we carried the mikoshi to Hakurei Elementary and Junior High School. Food such as rice balls and bread were provided in the parking lot of the elementary school, and we ate them while talking with the kids.

 The road back to the Seto shrine was the hardest part of the trip. The sun was setting and it was getting cooler. The adults were probably too drunk to walk straight. It was hard to keep up with the adults as they meandered and spun while carrying the mikoshis on the street.

 When we finally arrived at the front of the shrine, we performed the customary ritual of shaking and spinning the mikoshi. The mikoshi was supposed to be on our shoulders, but we raised it to the sky with our hands as hard as we could and spun it around while running in a circle. It was very hard, but according to an elderly person, it is not as tough as it used to be. Living in his generation is unimaginable.

 I have participated in various extracurricular activities in 2 year of ICT, but this was the first time for me to have such an opportunity to interact with people from Hakusan. It was a surprise to see such an active atmosphere in HAKUSANROKU (Foothills of Mt. Hakusan), which are usually rich in nature and tranquil. The residents were also very interested in ICT, and I hope that this experience gave them a more positive impression of ICT. Above all, I really appreciate the privilege of meeting so many people and doing so many different things, and I am very glad that I participated in this fall festival.

　こんにちは。白山麓事務室の間加田 侑里です。秋の涼しさを感じる季節となりました。今回は9月に行われた様々な課外活動について紹介します。
 Hello, this is Yuri Makada from Hakusanroku Office. It is now autumn and the wether is getting cooler. I would like to introduce various extracurricular activities held in September.

フラワーアレンジメント・華道教室

　2023年9月11日（月）、希望する学生と教員を対象に「フラワーアレンジメント・華道教室」が開催されました。本校の華道講座講師の南川 和美先生をお招きしました。
　まずは、カーネーションやひまわりを用いたフラワーアレンジメントが行われました。南川先生からハサミの持ち方や水切りの方法を教わった学生たちは、専用のスポンジに花をぎゅっと寄せて形を作ったり、森をイメージしながら制作したりと、思い思いの作品を完成させました。
　次に、3人1組になり、剣山と水盤を使って、バラ、デンファレ、ニューサイラン、タニワタリを用いて本格的な華道に挑戦しました。学生たちは南川先生のお手本を参考にしながら、まっすぐな葉に穴を空けて、くるっと曲げてカーブをつけたり、水面に花を散らしたりして、花や葉の個性を引き出しながら、華やかな世界観を表現した作品に仕上げました。
　学生たちと教員たちが制作した作品は、白山麓キャンパスの玄関や共有スペースに展示され、教職員やスタッフから「とても綺麗だったので、またやってほしい！」と大好評でした！

Flower Arrangement and Kado Class

 On September 11th, 2023, Flower Arrangement and Kado Class was held for students and teachers who wished to participate. Kazumi Minamikawa sensei (instructor) was invited to lead the Flower Arrangement course. 
 First, students and teachers arranged flowers using carnations and sunflowers. After learning from Minamikawa sensei how to cut the stems and keep the flowers in water, the students and teachers created their own flower arrangements by imaging a forest or recreating it by arranging flowers on a special sponge.
 Next, in groups of three, they tried their hand at flower arrangement, using a flower frog and a water basin to create a full-scale flower arrangement with roses, orchids, flax, and bird’s-nest ferns. Using Minamikawa sensei’s model as a guide, the students and teacher created a gorgeous world view by making holes in straight leaves, bending them around to create curves, and scattering flowers on the surface of the water while bringing out the individuality of the flowers and leaves.
 The works created by the students and faculty were displayed at the entrance of the Hakusanroku Campus and in common spaces, and received a great response from faculty and staff, who said, "It was so beautiful, we want you to do it again!".

ブックレビュー発表会

　2023年9月12日（火）、1年生によるブックレビュー発表会が開催されました。学生たちは夏季休暇中に読んだ英語の本（本のジャンルは自由）、STEMやデザインに関する本、好きな本（本のジャンル、言語は自由）の中から1冊選び、英語と日本語を交えて3分間発表しました。学生たちは、自分の興味のある本や強い影響を受けた啓発本など様々な分野の本を取り上げ、印象に残っているセリフや新しく学んだことを紹介しました。
　発表後、学生と教職員による投票が行われ、「ベストブックレビュー」が選ばれました。結果は以下の通りです。

Book Review Presentation

 On Tuesday, September 12th, a Book Review presentation by 1st year students was held. Students chose a book they had read during the summer break. It could be an English book (any genre of book), a book on STEM or design or a book that they wanted to read and gave a 3-minute presentation in English and Japanese. The students chose books from a variety of fields, including books that interested and influenced them. They talked about new things they learned from their books. Students also included memorable quotes from their summer reading. 
 After the presentations, students and faculty voted for the best three Book Reviews. The results are as follows:

チームビルディングゲーム大会

　2023年9月21日（木）、フィリップ・ケザウ先生による「チームビルディングゲーム大会」が開催されました。チームビルディングゲームは、フィリップ先生の出身のニュージーランドで野外キャンプをする際によく行われるゲームだそうです。チームメンバーがコミュニケーションを取りながら、それぞれの能力を最大限に活かし、同じ目標に向かって協力し合うゲームです。
　1、2年生混合のチームで行われ、どれだけ小さなスペースに立てるかを競う「シンキング・アイランドゲーム」や一列に並んでバレーボールを挟みながら歩く「バルーンウォーク」など、様々なチーム対抗ゲームが行われました。ゲームの様子は写真や動画をご覧ください！
　1、2年生は半年間寮生活を共にしていたからか、グループワークもスムーズこなしていました。学生たちはよく笑い、チームワークでそれぞれの課題を素早く適応していたのが印象的でした！

Team Building Games Tournament

 On Thursday, September 21st, 2023, a Team Building Games Tournament was held by Philip Cadzow sensei. Team building games are games that are often played when camping outdoors in New Zealand, where Philip sensei is from. They are games in which team members communicate with each other, make the most of their abilities, and work together toward the same goal. 
 The various games were played by mixed teams of 1st and 2nd year students. Games included a game called Sinking Island in which teams competed to see how small a space they could stand in and a game called Balloon Walk in which teams walked in single file with a volleyball in between them.  The 1st and 2nd year students were smooth in their group work, probably because they had been living together in the dormitory for half a year. The students laughed a lot, and it was impressive to see how quickly they adapted to their respective tasks through teamwork!

ボクシングブートキャンプ

　2023年9月11日（月）～22日（金）の平日の放課後の時間にフィリップ先生とジョムキット・ジュジャロエン先生による「ボクシングブートキャンプ」が開催されました。これは希望する学生や教員がいつでも参加できる活動です。パンチングミットやサンドバッグを使ったボクシングトレーニングや軽快な音楽に合わせて有酸素運動と筋力トレーニングをするサーキットトレーニングなどが行われ、脂肪を燃やし、基礎代謝を上げ、ストレスを発散しました！
　トレーニングを終えた学生と教職員はすっきりとした表情で、心身ともにリフレッシュしている印象でした。

Boxing Boot Camp

 A Boxing Boot Camp was held by Philip sensei and Jomkit Jujaroen sensei during after-school hours on weekdays from Monday, September 11th to Friday, September 22nd, 2023. This was an activity open to any student or faculty member who wished to participate at any time. Boxing training using punching mitts and sandbags, as well as circuit training, a combination of aerobic exercise and strength training to light music, were conducted to burn fat, increase basal metabolism, and relieve stress!
 Students and faculty members seemed recharged after the training and gave the impression of being physically and mentally refreshed.
